To receive a $10 voucher, at least one Country Road item with a clearly identifiable label must be donated to an Australian Country Road store or an Australian Red Cross shop (excluding hosiery, intimate apparel and swimwear). The item must be undamaged, clean, have no tears, not be out of shape, have no missing parts and be in a condition fit for re-sale in a Red Cross shop. Only one $10 discount voucher will be provided per bundle of items donated, unless otherwise stated by Country Road or Red Cross. To redeem the $10 voucher, $50 or more must be spent on Country Road merchandise in one transaction upon presentation of the $10 voucher. The $10 voucher is redeemable at Country Road stores only (excluding countryroad.com.au and David Jones). The $10 voucher cannot be redeemed against phone orders, a new or existing lay-by, a prior purchase or the purchase of a gift card.
